We strongly believe that generating insights should be a continuous process, with the involvement of our clients throughout the life of the project. Generating insight is an iterative process that involves all stakeholders using the Invoke methodology. Insight-gaining begins immediately when respondents are answering questions and ends only with the final reports.


Real-Time is in our DNA and unlike other solution providers, we do not wait until projects are out of field and the reports are ready before clients get to see and discuss the findings.


We have built powerful real-time analytics to help clients gain insight during Engage Live sessions or while in field with Engage Open. Using the Observer Dashboard, our clients are able to follow the session with their stakeholders and draw initial conclusions in real-time. They are also able to change the course of the session by asking new questions or modifying the discussion guide in real-time based on those findings.


Our Observer Dashboard offers real-time analysis of close-ended questions as well as open-ended questions using filtering, automated keyword coding and segment tracking. It also offers automated comparison views that compare in real-time the performance of various concepts being tested, color coding winners and losers.
