Invoke Launches a New Participant Dashboard!

Invoke Solutions, Inc. has announced the first of many updates to its core Engage research platform this year. The first phase focus on the participant dashboard, aimed at enhancing the user experience in an Invoke session, which already receives an overall satisfaction rating of 97%.

In what is just the first of many platform upgrades scheduled for this year, CEO of Invoke Solutions Basil Bennett said “updating a platform that currently receives a 97% participant enjoyment rating is extremely difficult, but I am certain with this update our participants will be engaged more than ever in our 60-90 online qualitative research sessions. After all, the feedback we have received from both clients and participants has helped shape the improvements we have made to the participant dashboard.”
