Note: This problem will ONLY concern you if you received an email invitation to participate in this session.

Symptoms:

In the login page, it says “undefined” where the UserID should be.

Cause of the Problem:

The User ID is supposed to be automatically inserted to the Login page, but this information was not retrieved correctly from the cookie.

Solution:

• Close browser:
  Close all of the windows that may be open in your Internet browser.
  
  
• Restart the login flow:
  Click on the link that appears in the invitation you received by mail, like you did the first time.
  
  
• If the problem persists:
  Fill in your user ID manually, according to the user ID you received in your Email invitation.
