Symptoms: You cannot type answers in the “my answer” box.
Cause of the Problem:
Probably a focus problem, but could be a stuck browser!
Solution:
- Press “cancel”:
Cancel the answer by clicking the ‘cancel’ button on the right hand side of the text box If the box does not close, the browser is stuck.
- Click on the slides section:
Using your left mouse button, click on the left side of your screen where you see the changing slides.
- Try again:
Go back to the question you were trying to answer and click on the ‘give answer’ button again.
- If it still does not work, check language:
Does your operation system support other languages? Can you type in other languages other than English, like Spanish, on your computer? If so, check that you are typing in English when you type in your response.
- If it still does not work, re-log in:
- Refresh the browser window:
- Re-login to the event.
