Symptoms:
During the event, the following message appears: "Your session was timed out. If you have specific questions or require further information, please visit our FAQ page"

Cause of the Problem:
You did not answer a question for over 20 minutes.

Solution:

• Refreshing the browser will take you back to the login page of the session. After you enter your nickname, you will see the last question you answered and will be able to continue your participation.
  If you do not remember your nickname, you can enter a new one, the system will still recognize you.
  Important – if the last question you answered was an open ended question, you will not be able to answer it again, just wait for the next question and continue answering the survey.
