You cannot see the slides on the left side of the screen.

Cause of the Problem:

Possibly a bad dial up connection. the slides' files did not load on the computer.

Solution:

• Close the browser and reenter the session:
  • Close the browser completely.
  • Click on the link from the invitation again, and re-enter the event.

  Please Note: If you reached the session through a panel company website, closing your browser might result in you not being able to reach the session again. If you wish to continue your participation in the session, please copy the URL line before closing your browser and then reopen it and paste the link to the new browser. The link to the session may also be found in your browser's history.
  
  

• If that did not help, disconnect and reconnect:
  It appears there is a problem with your Internet connection, you should disconnect from the Internet and reconnect again.
