During the survey you have trouble seeing the whole screen, or have to scroll to see the whole slide.

Cause of the Problem:

You might have gotten in to the session with low resolution.

Solution:

• Change your screen resolution:
  It seems that although you went through the screen resolution adjustment process, your old settings returned,
  Go to Resolution Problem, make sure this time you choose to keep the new settings.
