Symptoms:

A pop-up error message during the survey. Connection icon is red.

Cause of the Problem:

A fatal error, your status in the session is now offline.

Solution:

• Read the error message and number:
  Read exactly what the message says, and the number that appears in the error messages title.
  
  
• If it's Error 1001:

• Refresh:
  • In Microsoft Internet Explorer: Go to VIEW on your browsers menu bar and then click REFRESH
  • Reload in AOL
  • Refresh on MSN
    
    
• Re-login:
  After re-logging into the event you will only see current and future questions only, and you will not be able to see old questions at all.
  
  
• If the error keeps popping up:
  Call the helpdesk at the toll free number that appears at the top of the survey screen, or in the error message screen, have the exact error text and number ready for a quick resolution.
