Symptoms:
You clicked the link on the 'Thank you' slide but instead of reaching the website which you entered from, you received a page with your participation details.

Cause of the Problem:
Due to some technical error, you were not directed back to the panel company.

Solution:

• To claim your prize, please contact your panel company or the administration of the website from which you entered the session. When doing so, provide them with all the details which appear on your screen.
