Symptoms:

Questions and responses stopped entering his screen during the survey.

Cause of the Problem:

You could have just scrolled up and cannot see the new items, but could also be a stuck browser.

Solution:

• Scroll down:
  On the right hand side of the survey tool there is a scrollbar, click on the double arrow at the lower end of the scroll bar to scroll all the way to the bottom. If nothing moves: Click here
