Note: This problem will ONLY concern you if you received an email invitation to participate in this session.

Symptoms:
You entered your nickname but when answering an open ended question, you noticed that your answer is displayed under a different nickname.

Cause of the Problem:
The nickname you chose was probably not unique or you used spaces in it.

Solution:

• When entering a non unique nickname, it will be changed automatically without giving a notice in the following form: if you entered the nickname "Amanda" and another participant had already entered with that nickname, your nickname will automatically be changed to "Amanda_1"
  Also, if you used spaces in your nickname, they will be automatically removed.
  The nickname you see displayed when answering an open ended question is your new unique nickname. Unfortunately, you will not be able to change it once you have begun your participation in the session.

  NOTE: If you already logged in to the session and for any reason were logged out, in the re-login process you will not be obligated to enter the same nickname as before - you are free to change it.
