Orange: Connection problem

Symptoms:

A pop-up error message indicating a connection problem. Connection icon is orange.

Cause of the Problem:

A temporary connection problem, or total disconnection from the Internet.

Solution:

  • Read the message, and close the error window:
    You are experiencing a temporary Internet connection problem. You can probably go on with the survey, just press ‘CLOSE’ on the error message box and answer the next questions.

  • If the error keeps popping up:
    There is a serious connection problem, go to connection problem.
