Symptoms:

After the dashboard installation a dialogue box message appears:

"Sorry, your system does not support the display properties required to run the MI-Live Dashboard. In order to run the MI-Live Dashboard, your system must support a screen resolution of 1024*768 pixels and High Color (16 bit) color depth. If you are logging into a live event, please contact the Invoke Solutions Help Line for further assistance. If you are not logging in to a live event, please send us an email at techsupport@invokesolutions.com and we will respond by the following business day."

Cause of the Problem:

The screen card is incompatible!

Solution:

You will not be able to attend the event: It seems your screen card is incompatible and does not suit our system requirements, so unfortunately you will not be able to attend this event from this computer. You could try to use a different computer with a different screen card.
