Generally, when you receive a pop-up error message during an event, you can determine the correct solution by checking the color of the connection icon. You can find the connection icon on the bottom right hand side of the Dashboard window.

Green – non fatal:

If there is an error message, it's only an information message, you should read the message, close it, and continue.

 Orange - connection problem.

  Red – fatal error:

You are now out of the session due to a server related problem, you will only be able to get back in if the application is closed and reactivated.
The most common reasons for this are incompatible proxy or firewall settings.

Gray - offline: 

The event has ended, and now the Dashboard is working in offline mode, all messages in this stage will be informative, and not related to communication withsu our servers.
