Conduct a final “gut check” on new marketing materials to ensure that the final execution delivers on the intended strategy.

- Expose participants to finished material (video, print etc.) and ask them to evaluate it based on metrics such as:
- Appeal
- Relevance
- Fit
- Impact
- Use open-ended questioning to diagnose reasons for participants’ reactions
- Check for clarity of communication and any unintended messages
- If problems surface, explore solutions
- Validation as to whether your final message is your intended message
- Quantified metrics and clear understanding of how your materials are communicating
- Actionable insight to either proceed with confidence or make the right changes
