Recruitment
Our research team can handle the recruitment process for you. In collaboration with our network of certified external panel providers, we will target the best sample of participants for your study and ensure that they show up at the appropriate time. If you are using an internal panel or other list source, we can help you manage the recruiting process to ensure the right number and mix of participants take part in your sessions.

Preparation
The questions and discussion guide are a critical component for a successful Engage Live or Open session. The Engage platform makes it easy to load questions and stimuli, and even conduct a "walk-through" of your session before it is live. We can provide you with as much or as little help as needed to ensure that all of your objectives are met.

Session Management
All Invoke-powered research of our has the full back-up of our technical team and Help Desk. The Moderator Dashboard is designed to make it as easy as possible for your team to moderate and control the session. However, our research professionals can provide extra support as needed.

Reporting
We provide you with full transcripts and the Post-session Dashboard at the end of each session so that you and your team can log back in and review the findings at your leisure. Full session data is also available (in ASCII format) within 24 hours of the session for use with your internal data analysis tools. Additional custom reporting, consulting, and recommendations are available through our research team and partner firms.
