Real-Time Authoring, Reporting and Collaboration

The Engage Mobile platform lets you easily manage the entire mobile research process in one place.

  • Create: Develop, schedule, and field questionnaires
  • Learn: View findings from anywhere, overall and by sub-groups
  • Decide: Make changes based on real-time data
  • Collaborate: Easily create and share PowerPoint reports
  • Revisit: Track key metrics and examine trends over time

We provide you with distinct usernames and passwords and a unique dashboard URL so that users can view and manipulate the findings in real-time from anywhere with an internet connection. Once a user has logged in they can access any live surveys within the dashboard, see and filter data by profiling questions, and create and share PowerPoint reports. In addition, Portal users can create, manage, and close new surveys all in one place.

Our Process

Throughout the process, the Invoke team will take every step necessary to ensure that your program is successful, offering best practices and guidance wherever possible. Our basic process is:

  • Kick-off Meeting: The Invoke team will lead a kick-off meeting to finalize program goals, schedule, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Questionnaire Design: We will work together to develop and approve each questionnaire based on your program goals.

  • On-Site Recruiting: You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the on-site recruiting program. Invoke will offer best practices consulting and help develop and flesh out ideas.

  • User Training and Tech Support: We will lead a training session with users about how to use the Dashboard and provide documentation. Throughout the entire program, Invoke tech support will be available 24 hours/day to offer tech support to users and participants.

  • Weekly Review: The Invoke team will lead a weekly update call to review the program status and discuss learnings, problems, and concerns that need to be addressed.
