Engage Mobile gives shoppers, viewers, attendees and readers a simple and fun way to provide you with feedback right at the point of experience. All they need is a mobile phone or pda, a keyword (ex: promo1) and a short code (ex: 20198). Using signage, employee comments, or other recruiting methods, people are invited to answer between 4 and 12 questions via text messaging in exchange for a small incentive. To opt-in, they send a text message to “20198” with a unique designated keyword. They then receive a text message back thanking them for opting in and explaining how to opt-out going forward. They will then receive a second text message with the first question. The participant replies to that message with the question answer and then receives their next question via another text message. Based on their answers to the first few questions, they are routed into a specific questionnaire, exchanging messages with the Engage Mobile server. Once they have answered all of the questions, they receive a code and thank you message that can be used to redeem their incentive. |
