Scheduling
A central Calendar View allows users to schedule Invoke sessions and access past, present and future session data. You can place new holds on the calendar for upcoming projects and define your session parameters. The system automatically checks to ensure space is available and places a hold on the calendar for you. Multiple timeslots can be held for each session ensuring you have the flexibility to meet your clients’ changing needs.
Recruiting
Whether a simple or a complex project, all details of your recruit can be entered into the portal in an easy three-step process. Once participant recruitment details are entered, recruitment status is tracked and you can closely manage the invitation process.
Participant screener data can also be imported for use in-session. At the end of every session, an Incentive Report provides details on respondent participation and allows you to complete the cycle with your panel supplier.
Media Preparation
The portal includes access to iStudio, Invoke’s proprietary session preparation tool. Users can prepare discussion guides via a Word®-like interface, or import guides directly from Word. iStudio is also used to upload and manage session stimuli such as static images, Flash files, and video clips.
Materials from previous projects can be easily accessed and re-used. You can also build your own library of discussion guide templates to gain further efficiency in the session preparation process and support best practices. Once session material is prepared, you can view it on-screen just as it will appear in-session and share this “Walkthrough” with anyone else on your team.
Accessing Reports
The MyInvoke portal provides a central repository for all Invoke reporting output. Reports are available in the portal within minutes of a completed session and additional files can also be uploaded, providing you with a consolidated location for all your Invoke project materials.
