To be a participant in an Invoke Solutions session, your computer must meet the minimum system requirements as listed below.

Windows 98, ME, XP, Windows NT 4.0 or above, Windows 2000
- Display properties:
1024x768 high-color (16 bit) and above

28.8 Kbps and above (56.6 Kbps recommended)
- Browser:
MS Internet Explorer 5.01 and above with JavaScript, ActiveX and Cookies enabled. You can also use MSN or AOL browsers.
Unfortunately, Netscape browsers are incompatible with our system requirements.

- Administration privileges:
In order to successfully perform an Invoke session you must have Administrator/power user privileges on the computer you are using. This means that using a computer at your workplace, or someone else's computer might cause problems.
Additional Settings
- Media:
In some surveys, media clips will be shown. in those cases you will be notified in advance by the panel company.
Depending on the media type, you will need one of the following installed on your computer: - Windows media player 6.4 or above.
- QuickTime Player 5.0 or above.
- Adobe Flash 8.

- Firewall and Antivirus:
Some firewall and antivirus programs may cause problems in the communication between your computer and our servers, preventing you from participating in the survey.
Disabling these programs may help, however this means you are decreasing the protection level of your computer temporarily and therefore You may choose to do so at your own discretion.
When participating from work, or a public institution, a firewall program that the company uses may prevent communications to our servers as well.
