When receiving a pop-up error message during an event, you can determine the correct solution by checking the color of the connection icon:

You can find the connection icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen

 Green – non fatal

 Orange - connection problem

 Red – fatal error

Common errors:

•  Error 1001
•  Due to problems with your session, you will not be able to continue
•  Answering an open question twice
