BETTER INSIGHTS. SMARTER DECISIONS. FASTER.
Participants

Once a person is invited into an Engage Live or Open session, they participate in an interactive research dialogue from any internet-enabled computer. Through evaluations of multi-media stimuli and a mix of closed and open-ended questions, people give their open, honest reactions and routinely stay engaged for up to 90 minutes.

In addition, at different points in the session they are able to see and agree or disagree with other people’s open-ended responses.

The pace of the session is carefully controlled to keep people engaged throughout the session and enables us to identify and remove “bad participants.” Because of the interactive nature of the sessions, participant drop-off rates are historically very low (generally below 5%) and far better than most traditional methods.
