I didn't get my access instructions, what do I do?
- If you received an email invitation to take part in a session, the panel company that recruited you for this study is responsible for sending the session access instructions. We have no influence in the process.
You should receive the access instructions approximately one day prior to the session. If you did not receive it in time, you were either not listed for the event although you agreed to participate, or there was a problem in sending you the email. Please contact your recruiting company to clarify the matter.
Please note: Invoke Solutions is the company that conducts the studies and provides technical support for the participants. Invoke Solutions is not a recruiting company.
