Basil E. Bennett

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Invoke Solutions, Basil held executive positions in several large public and privately held entrepreneurial growth companies including industry leaders WillowCSN, Convergys and NEC. He has held the CEO or other executive positions in many industries including technology, software and BPO services. In 1999, following his position as Group President for Convergys TeleServices business during the Company’s IPO, he built and was Group President of a $100M Internet eCRM business for Convergys. Under his management the new business created CRM services and products for research, analytics, web collaboration, data mining, analytical CRM and marketing research. Following Convergys, Basil joined WillowCSN as the CEO in 2002. WillowCSN is considered the industry leader in virtual contact centers, a rapidly growing segment of global business process outsourcing and technology products. As the CEO, he completed a successful turnaround and strategic restructuring and repositioning of this growth business and led Willow to a successful and profitable strategic sale. Prior to starting his business career, Basil served over 5 years in the US Army.

Iqbal Mutabanna

Chief Technology Officer

Iqbal brings over a decade of technology and product management leadership in e-business, digital media, marketing technologies, optimization, and software as a service. Iqbal comes to Invoke from Tangent Media where as CTO he was instrumental in building a SaaS platform for brand promotions through exclusive US elections distributions on behalf of state governments.
Prior to that, Iqbal was Vice President of Product Engineering at Imagitas, acquired in 2005 by Pitney Bowes. At Imagitas, Iqbal played a key role in building and managing an online marketplace in partnership with the United States Postal Service, used by millions of movers and providing unprecedented scale and conversion for Fortune 500 consumer brands including Lowe’s, AT&T, and Best Buy.
Earlier in his career, Iqbal co-founded Supersiswa, an e-learning solutions company in Indonesia, built supply chain optimization solutions with i2 Technologies for clients in the US and the Asia-Pacific region, and developed Genetic Algorithms for British Telecom.

Iqbal holds a Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay.

Kevin Hughes

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin brings more than 25 years of progressive finance and accounting experience to Invoke Solutions.
A Certified Public Accountant, he has been a Chief Financial Officer for more than fourteen years, primarily in the manufacturing and alternative energy arenas.
His experience is both wide and deep having worked in both private and public companies in industries ranging from brick and mortar retailing to high-tech, green energy and manufacturing. Most recently Kevin worked for AccountAbility Outsourcing providing CFO services to a wide variety of clients, primarily technology startups.

Kevin graduated from Northeastern University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and earned his MBA in Marketing and Management from The University of Rhode Island.

Amos Wagon

Vice President of Product Development

Amos brings over 10 years of experience designing and managing products that deliver unique value to Fortune 100 brands.
Amos has been with Invoke since 2003 and was instrumental in developing the award-winning Invoke LIVE platform for qualitative research as well as an acclaimed self-service Analytics product. With his background in product design, Amos brings passion and expertise in building solutions that are functional and engaging.

Prior to joining Invoke, Amos developed a multitude of web products including 3D environments games and search results visualization tools. Amos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design from Bezalel Academy of Arts & Design, Jerusalem.
